1) I never understand why everyone does motivational Monday. Can’t we use a little motivation everyday?
2) I (sadly) work Tuesday – Saturday so Tuesday is my Monday.
So with that being said here is a little motivation to keep your week moving strong!! I’m picking this one because it can go to more than just your fitness struggles. Right now I need this motivation for work also! Whatever your struggle is, I hope you can overcome it, learn from it, and become a better you!
