So the trainer has me drinking a gallon of water a day! Can I just say that this is freaking HARD!! You would think that working from home it would be easier but NO! At home I can honestly say I’m not paying attention as much. I had to come up with a way to make sure I was drinking the right amount. Insert some hair bands!
It’s so simple but it works like a charm! I keep track and I know when I’m slacking! Cheap and easy trick!
